  We had a horrible experience with this company. We were visiting Alberta from Ontario and had arranged in advance to rent a specific off-road vehicle to travel the iron horse and geocache. We had a schedule to keep because the hotels are sparse in areas and we weren't camping because of our flight's baggage allowance. When we arrived we were told that the vehicle was in storage about 10 miles away instead of on site. We accompanied a staff member to retrieve the unit from storage and travel back to the store. Once there, we were told it needed fuel, so there was an additional delay. By the time we got off the lot, about 1.5 hours had been lost. We had traveled maybe 3 miles down the iron horse when the vehicle overheated, setting off alarms. We called the store and a staff member took a different unit from the lot (one without doors, a roof, air conditioning, a radio, windshield wipers and much slower), fueled it up and met us on the trail after about an hour. The gas cap was left at the gas station so we all had to drive back to the store to get another cap, and then back on to the trail. We had now lost about 4 hours of daylight and were no where near our planned end destination by the time the sun set. By 10 p.m. it was closer for us to go back to St. Paul then to our planned destination, and safer because it had started raining and our replacement didn't have wipers. We returned the ATV the following morning and cancelled the remainder of our trip plans because they revolved around certain hotels along the iron horse. Despite having the ATV for a half of a day after all the problems, we were charged for a full day. The staff didn't seem to understand the extent of the trouble they had caused.
